The millitary of the new republic
There has been some suggestions.. from "less savoury" members of our proud nation ... that we should DISBAND some of our millitary!
One of those people, a SICK AND TWISTED CHARACTER, was.. err.. well, me.
I believe theres 2 warriors and an archer right now.
Anyway, please vote

I voted to get rid of 2 archers. I assumed this really meant the 2 warriors. Disbanding the 2 warriors is what I had in mind.

i did the same as rjm, as we only have 1 archer and 2 warriors, i assumed that the request is to reeducate the warriors instead of the archers (especially since we don't have the technology to create a 2nd archer to disband )

err.. yes.
There has been a minor administrative problem in the Office of War, due to the fact that the SUPREME MILLITARY COMMANDER is a bit of a gimp.
archers means warriors. The first option is "Get rid of a warrior!"
Thank you

Personally, I think your poll is pooched by inaccuracy of the poll options. Gross incompetance.

Oh dear - I voted on the assumption that "get rid of an archer" meant "get rid of an archer".
I wonder if we should try playing a game as a pacifist empire - never building any military units and bribing everything in sight. Well, maybe not

This is the major drawback of a free republic.. I can't have cavebear "knocked off" when he says I'm incompetant

ok, from what I can tell:
Get rid of a warrior = 1 vote
Get rid of 2 warriors = 2 votes
Get rid of 2 warriors AND the archer = 1 vote
Banana = 1 vote

Actualy I think getting rid of 2 warriors and an archer got 2 votes. As far as I can see, this poll leaves you free to do anything you want to - just do it quickly.

Since we're playing in the style of our government, and now we're a Republic, I thought I'd add some completely unnecessary paperwork

What? Gah! The law is passed - we are getting rid of two warriors.
As is typical in a new republic, the poll was fraught by corruption and incompetance. But its all sorted out now
