I can't imagine what's going to go through your head once Al Qaeda finally gets around to dealing with your insignificant country. Hopefully, America and its true allies will take care of Al Qaeda and prevent something like that from ever happening, though...

Fighting war on terrorism is one thing. But for some reason I fail to see what kind of victories you're going to get by deceiving the public AQ didn't do it in order to save your political career.

Brilliant.
I see Eurocoms conveniently let that one slip by. All the while sucking his d1ck the whole way. Hypocrisy at its finest.

**** off. Sadam was 20 years ago also the best alternative. He also kept his country stable... and yet now you had to bomb an entire country to make your mistakes right.
So who's the hypocrite here ?
And for another thing, i resent the term eurocom, so perhaps i should start calling you americanazi

Hey Eurocom,
How does your chocolate taste?
Is it worth all the people that died in the Ivory Coast?
Did you know that child slave labor has been used extensivley to harvest cocao there?
Why are Old European troops stationed specifically where the cocao fields are?
Is it a coincidence that the Ivory Coast produces half of the world's chocoalate?

You're missing one thing here, if it was up to Aznar, all the media would be ignoring every single trail to AQ and the public would believe ETA did it. Now, you tell me what kind of victory you'd achieve with that.

I don't know why you insist on automatically assigning opinions to me that I have never stated. Man you like to project way too much.
It was clear to everybody, even over here, that ETA wasn't behind it and what Aznar was up to.

Ah I see, because the manipulation had been so blatant, it's alright for Aznar to stay on? Maybe it still hasn't dawned to you, but that guy attempted to mislead the public about the atrocity for political motives. This is not going to win you the war you know.

Man, there you go again with assigning opinions to me. Give it up with your strawmen already!
Whoever said it was okay for Aznar to stay on? The Spanish people cast their vote and they know what is best for them.

Eurocoms do the same thing the US does
Only difference is that instead of Bush you have Chirac
Chirac wants to be the unilateral voice for Old Europe, telling New Europe to "be quiet," when they voiced an opinion different from his
France uses force and interventionalism
Why Chirac is a big hypocrite is because he criticizes the US for doing the same things that he does.
Next time he starts a war for chocolate, caviar, cheese, or whatever the hell you people like to eat, I'm organizing protest marches and will make sure Bush associates his reelection campaign with criticizing Chirac

Okay "Tex"
The only thing you are sniping is the imaginary targets you are making up in your head.
When you can come up with an argument against something actually I've said, and not something you've just made up and just find it convenient to project on me, then we can play ball junior.
You remind me of this basketball team we used to beat the crap out of and the fat guy on the other time always used to make up the score to try and win.

Nope, France has definitely stopped nuclear tests.
But you should ask your President instead, he seems to have fun with those "mini-nukes" currently developped by the US army. Hopefully we'll have some real nuclear power on the battlefield soon against all those terrorists, I can't wait for that !

Nice try but you are being misleading.
Somebody said something that didn't have jack to do with Spanish polls, like "Putinocracy." I thought it was funny, so I made a friendly comment about Chirac.
It wasn't meant to troll anybody but it's certainly been amusing to me to see your responses, especially the ones where you start making things up.
You seem to have been worked up sufficiently.

Spain PM to withdraw Iraq troops
Anyone catch this headline?
Seems like the first thing the Socialists are gonna do is withdraw their troops once they get into power...
And before the right-wingers start fronthing at their mouths, this is NOT an act of cowardice or however you lot are going to paint it but merely the Spanish people waking up to the fact that they were taken to war illegally in the first place and wresting back control of the government to do what 90% of them wanted to do in the first place and not be there.
It's just a shame that it took 200 lives to get to this point...
I have to say unfortunately that it does however seem like a spectacular victory for Al-Qaeda: Effecting a change of government and forcing the withdrawal of troops by a key ally of the US...
So when is the next general election of a key ally?

Didn't read the few last pages, but I have become proud of the Spanish for one more reason: in this age where democracy is distrusted, where politicians are considered all to be liars and manipulators, where the political class seems to be more and more self-absorbed...
Well, in this age, I'm DAMN GLAD the people of Spain have rejected their manipulative, lying politicians, and that these politicians can now weep for having tried to fool the people. Really, it restores faith in democracy

If it's the terror act itself that caused the change that this is indeed cowardice. Suddenly the people have realized the supposed immorality of the war?
I can just hope that it was the lying of the spanish government in the wake of the elections that led to the change in the government, and no fear of further terror acts.

Rodríguez Zapatero has said enouth times that he won't do that. It's too late, the mistake is done and now we have to repair it as best as we can. And now, after the attack, is even more difficult. But as soon as UN thinks we can leave, we'll board our transport planes (Yakolev-42, we rent them because they are cheap and when they fall to the ground, only 42 people die ) and go home.
