I will be substituting as host this week, and since I don't have a saved
game of our previous matchup, I will be starting a new game. It will be on
a map of Europe, Prince level (for a quicky), double production and
movement rates.

begin at 7pm CDT, if anyone shows.

Tonight's game will be back on Steve's IP, at approx. 7:30 pm CDT. However, instead of continuing our saved game, we'll be trying something new, and I'm proud to say that we'll be playing a brand-spanking new scenario of my design.

It's version 2.0 of my scenario "To End All Wars" about World War I, and it's designed to be historically accurate and entertaining without being quite as massive as "Second Reich." All players are welcome to try their hands at being the Germans, the French, the British, the Russians, the Other Allies, the Other Central Powers, or (if they're feeling dull) the Neutrals. If enough people show up, I may play the Neutrals myself and let everyone else toss comments my way.

So remember, that's 7:30 pm CDT, at IP 24.19.83.176, for the chance to try your hand at succeeding where the generals of Europe failed. Don't miss it!

Does that mean that all players need a copy of the scenario?

I think so.Works that way for other scenarios.

If you need a copy of the scenario, ICQ me (86964802) and I'll send you one. The PC version may be slightly buggy, but the Mac version works fine.

Newbies: the current plan it to play on Tuesday! Be on ICQ if you're available at the above time. Otherwise have faith and patience and keep trying to join at the above IP address. I have been informed that I will be at Station Casino tomorrow evening for dinner and submitting NFL picks! Looks like 7:30 is just consitently too early for me! I WILL show up, but it may be around 8-ish. CHECK ICQ AND THIS THREAD FOR TIME!

Well, I just got home. The guy who was driving left his glasses in the restraunt and we had to go back and get them. Ah well the price I pay for all you can eat crab legs!

Well tonight I finally got game! Well , at least I'm on time!

I'm on ICQ now and the game will start tonight at 7:30 PM CDT (8:30 PM EDT) at the above IP.

We will be playing Mike Wintry's <U>War to End All Wars 2</U> scenario tonight. You will need to get the scenarion from Mike to play. He will FTP via ICQ it to anyone interested in playing.
