A : increses once HP reaches (1)00
D : Average PPD?
M : Frequency of posting (something like that.

I can only look back to the end of January, even if the setting is last year or beginning. 
I seem to remember that the last thread was locked a week or so before that, though I can't imagine why I would remember. 
Most of the guesses were some time in February, a few in the beginning of March. Until things get fixed, we will have to wait to declare a winner.
