Changes in GIGA dip

A few changes that players should be aware of:

1) The game starts at 4pm EST now, but could everyone please be there at 3.30 so the game can actually start at 4.

2) We have a new player for the Russians

3) Because of the new time moker can play as the Americans again

hope this won't pose any problems

We were unable to lay last week, so no stories, also I note that I am the one only posting stories of any lenth so after todays game I expect some quality writing from the players
