Which games will forever remain on your hard drive?
You know the games which stay in your hard drive regardless of whether you want to play it or not but are just there because they are all time legendary.
My vote.
civ2
Roller coster tycoon
Why? Good games that don't take up much hard drive room.

Machiavelli, the Prince. It's not even a Windows 95/98 game, but I still drop back to DOS just to spin my web of financial and political intrigue around the world. And where else can let's you assassinate the Pope??

Civ 2 and Starcraft
Need for Speed 4
And Unreal Tournament's staying on permanently now. Nice small footprint.

How could I ever forget starcraft? That game has been on my hard drive ever since I installed it in my (then) new computer. The only time it came off was when I had to format my hard drive. Windows 95 was the first thing I reinstalled, starcraft was the second

Yes - you said you hated it, and I gave some very good reasons why it was a stayer.
I've been surprised to discover this evening that Q3 is only taking up 7MB on my hard disk. This doesn't make any sense, but there you are. If that's all it takes up, I don't see any reason to ever uninstall it, even though it isn't anywhere near as good as UT.
