One of the best game companies in history. Oh well It looks like gaming going over to Hasbro, Disney and thier ilk. It is odd though Thief II is bring in mad dough. They must have spent oodles on developement.

From what I've heard, a lot of the blame is being put squarely on EIDOS, which apparently was supposed to bankroll LGS, but had to pull out, due to their own fiscal woes.
"JOHN ROMERO AND LARA CROFT MUST ******* DIE!!!" is coming up a lot in those discussions...

Well, sorta.
I was just reminded on the TTLG forums that System Shock is actually owned by Irrational Games, so SS3 is not out for the count...
Thief 3 may yet be developed, if somebody buys the rights from the creditors.
