You can search warez sites for it  It's not abandonware yet, so it'll be hard to find for now.

I just bought MOO II at a used store for 5$!
Ther's a lot of stores around here that sell used software for cheap. ther must be at least one near you! just pop in once a week and tell the owner to hold one for you if it comes in.

I just got ST:BOTF. Kinda fun, but I've heard its a lot like MOO, which I have not played. Anyone know any good stragtegy sites or discussions for it? It was $10 at the used book store, but didn't include a manual and the in-game help is skimpy.
