Star Wars Racer
Is anyone else playing this? I plucked it out of the bargain bin, and, wow!
This is the fastest racing game I've played. I haven't come close to the advertised top speed of 600 m.p.h., but I have hit 450+ on some straight aways, dropping down into the 300s on the curves.
And the scenery is awing. From the narrow canyons of Tatooine, to the underwater tubes of an ocean world, to fogged-in ice caves.
The only drawback so far is that you buy new equipment from Anakin's old slavemaster, Watto. He is fast surpassing Jar Jar in being obnoxious.
