Greetings my Angels. We have safely landed on this alien landscape with minimum losses. A base has been established and a perimeter secured. Tentative communications links have been established with the other humans who landed on Chiron. Our initial scouts report that we appear to have landed on an island, and appear to be alone. Future base locations are currently being scouted and a detailed land survey has begun.

Once again we look at the few images we managed to download from the mainframe before the Unity went up in flames, the evidence is irrefutable, our island is located between two major continents, both which appear to be inhabited by some alien (or even more strange, human) group.
We can only pray that they are friendly, or we would surely be caught in an alien crossfire.

Turn sent once again to Kinjiru. (The turns are 8 hours off for me, been able to play em in the mornings this far, but don't be alarmed if they suddenly drop 14 hours later, because I really _should_ play in the evening instead of skipping breakfast before heading off to the lectures.

The Prime Function is pleased to announce that since planetfall efforts to colonize Chiron have met with great success thus far. We expect to have this island fully populated within the decade. We hope that all goes similarly well with our human collegues on the other islands.

Subject: Planetfalling?

Greetings once again my Angels. It has been long since my last communication and I shall attempt to explain.

We have landed on an isolated island amidst an apparently large ocean. No other humans are present on this land, yet we did note at least two other escape pods jettisoned successfully. Immediately upon landed I oversaw the construction of our first base and sent scouts out to find locations for our inexorable expansion.

As the reports from the scouts began to come in, a strange sense of deja vu came over me, almost as if we had already played out this initial exploration. Perhaps I have spent too much time jacked into the nascent network.

Over the next several years, we made contact with two other human factions. The human known as 'DinoDoc' now leads a group known as 'the Consciousness', while the venerable Lord Maxwell has established a research community he is calling 'The University of Planet'. For now, our purposes appear to coincide and we have established peaceful relations.

We have begun to receive transmissions from other lifeforms as well. There seem to be two distinct groups of lifeforms, one to the north and one to the south. Our planet scans have revealed nothing of these mysterious beings, if they exist at all. Verification of their existence, and if found, their intentions is now our number one priority.

Lord Maxwell has had to pull out of the tournament. So do you want to continue with two players, try to find a replacement (could be tough - there are still no volunteers for Zsozso's position in ACT008) or cancel the game and get a new one soon instead?

Sounds like we continue as a two player match. Tau Ceti, what do we need to do to continue this game? Send the last fully played turn to you so you can remove the other player?

Send me the last save meant for Lord Maxwell, and I will use his units to obliterate his bases. It might take more than one turn, depending on garrison status. I will let you know.
