I have tried to send Aliatar the game , but it was returned undeliverable. Error message say that the IP address is blacklisted. I forwarded the game to TC to see if he can get it through. Anyone have an idea of what is causing this?

Blacklisted? Might mean he did something bad , and his ISP found out about it, and they're kicking him off, but it might be something as harmless as a router out somewhere, or the computer which stores his mail may be shut down. I dunno.

I was blacklisted for sneaking two extra efficiency points into the game. Now with that help I was about to research D:AP

It looks like Nanuk is holding it this time.
I agree with you, depending on time I get the turn, and provided there is no big cruch at work, my speed is usually one day. Specially on these early turns we have already played once anyway, this shouldn't be taking so long.
