I would have been torn by inner conflict. Follow ones instinct or avoid making eternal enemies.
Besides - sneak attacks are much more effective when they are not expected.

Tau writes above he would set up the restart.
Suspect this has not happened yet. Will mail him to hear if there is some problem.

2103 to the Lady.
Afraid I was a bit over-enthusiastic. Turned out you are right Jacques and my chopper was a hostile worm instead.
Pity - and down to the optician for stronger glasses.
Jacques will have to wait for later.

Turned to JDC.
See Buster, that's your problem. Don't fight Planet, just submerge your own self until you become as one.
I will have approx. 1 week's internet inaccessibility from Jan. 15 as I am moving 1300km north to Brisbane to do further studies at Uni. Let me know if you guys want me to find a sub or if you can wait that long.

I think I can't wait. Besides, 1300km is what... probably only a couple of miles, right?

2107 to Hobbes
I am already submerged Hobbes, and little does do to help my progress.
Re the break - if something could be worked out would be best.
If you cannot find a replacement I can give some names of people that will be willing to step in.

I was joking above. I don't think a week is going to kill me. I worry, though, about trying to get it moving again after a weeks break.

Given that no-one seems to be protesting tooooooo much I would rather not find a sub. I may be back on as soon as friday my time, but sunday at the latest. I promise this game won't die! (I am in 21 PBEM's so finding a sub/subs may be difficult....) Thanks,
Hobbes

Me too. Anyway now I am concentrating on research. After remebering to turn it back to 50% now when research hasa started I am down to just 40 years to complete a tech.
I imagine if I get a couple of extra bases I can get it down to 25.
