State of the Planet

As Governor, I would like to mark the millenium with a brief message.

I would commend you all on your diligent work at making Planet a more hospitable home. You are all concentrating your efforts on infrastructure, productive facilities, and terraforming. I am pleased that resources are not being squandered on other than essential military assets.

If I can help any of you with your defensive needs, or in any other way, to ensure peaceful co-operation, please just ask. I would be happy to help. May the next 100 years, be as co-operative as the first 100. Happy new millenium to all of you.

I didn't play at all yesterday, so perhaps the space limit was exceeded - I think I only get 1.5 megs which is usually more than enough, but a dozen game files can soon change that
