question: how will city defensive weapons such as the ballistas will work
dear activisioners read the title and answer. thats it.
(meaning: will we see it on the battle view or it will just count as a bonus)

Good one. Do they act as part of the ranged attack units, or do they just add to the defense factor of the city like walls do?

Aaah, thanks again Neblig. Is that an offensive bonus to all units, or does the ballista itself have a ranged attack?

Is there any form of cannon (or whatever) that gives bonuses to sea-based attacks as well? (I'm guessing not seeing as we haven't heard about it, but it's worth asking.)
