Nano Weapons???

I noticed on a screenshot from a while back, the diplomacy screen shows nano-weapons reduction treaty? What are nano weapons? Do they come after nukes have become obsolete? Also, whats with story on these bio weapons?

Not sure, Tical. If Act stuck to its previous interpretation, then nano weapons will be the same microscopic machines that would efectively destroy any targeted machines (as in nukes) or structures (buildings) as designed by their scientists.
