The Great Wall is now a Wonder! And they said they couldn't take wonders from civ2 because of copyright issues.

The 'Great Wall' wonder movie rocks... The close up view of the stones look especially good. While the bells and whistles aren't essential, they certainly are nice to have.
The 'Eden Project' wonder is nothing new if memory serves. I wonder why IGN included it? Probably because they were sent it...

How can the Civ2 guys claim the Great Wall as their work? the Wall was built by the Chinese not by Microprose. Therefore as long as the Chinese doesn't protest, Activision can use this in CTP2.

I was disappointed to see the Eden Project still got retained in CTP2, I think it's useless.

Well, I wouldnt say the Great Wall movie "rocks". I always assume "action" with when something "rocks" and there is no action there. Of course others have other assumptions (the second smily is for assumptions)
But its definately a good movie. Overall Simple and the close up of the wall looks great, as you already pointed out.
Though maybe some more "living" wouldnt have hurt. Some birds flying over the wall, some trees. A guard maybe, but that would already cost simplicity.

The Great Wall movie was "OK", nothing great. Music was nice though.
IGn has released more movies.... http://pc.ign.com/news/27482.html
I'm not going to watch anymore. I would spoil the game by watching all the wonder movies.

Yeah, I think I'll wait. If I don't stop looking at new things soon, I'll have nothing left to see when I buy the game!
The Eden movie is really so similar to last time? Bit of a let down... Fingers crossed on the game play!

Two new mp3's from CTP2 again from IGN.
This is getting better and better from the guys at IGN. The mp3's don't sound too bad at all.
