I was almost ready to return game...
There was a delay in when the screen scrolled and I found this extremely aggravating since I'm doing this about 70-80% of the time. But then I found out you could change the speed of the delay in *advanced* options. Anybody happy with how the screen scrolls on the default setting? Man.

Some people complain about accidentally scrolling the screen when trying to access the menus and the end turn button, that's why we put the delay in. But I don't like it either, that's why we made it optional.

My cpu is a 1G P3 but I don't think it matters since the delay is calculated in seconds when you look it up in the advanced options.

Mr. Ogre,
I find the accidental scrolling to be irritating as as the delay.
Did anyone think of moving "next turn" button (or the entire control panel) away from the far edges of the map? It seems like adding the delay was an inelegant solution to a minor UI problem.

Why click the next turn button instead of striking n key on the keyborad? I've always preffered working with keyboard rather than with a mouse, and I almost never click next turn.
