Bug with Exploring with Diplomats

I just loaded my game and I'm using a diplomat to explore an enemy continent. A tutorial help thing popped up and it says "you should continue exploring with "Box" "Period" "O with an accent on it" yadda yadda defend your cities.

Not a biggie but something to fix, I can send the savegame if you want.

Probably in relation to that, The other tutorial messages that pop up seem to have reverted to the original ones "You have just discovered your first advance, Banking"

It could be confusing.
