Ruins? Has anybody found any yet?
I've been playing the game for about 4 hours now on the Huge map ... haven't stumbled across one ruin yet.
Is this a bug? Are there actually ruins in the game (I know that they are listed in the manual)or am I just missing something?
General views on the game so far - excellent - a vast improvement over the first. Well done Activision.

Are you guys playing on the easiest difficulty? I did that last night and never saw a ruin.
I started a new game on a harder difficulty today and hit a dozen ruins in less than an hour.

I started my first and only game at "Medium" (the default), and I found a bunch of ruins.

Playing in beginner mode is the answer - started a new game at Medium difficulty and there they were

So that's why I haven't found any ruins yet!

Found bunch of ruins after 10-20 turns. I'm playing the "medium" level.

Try impossible, heh heh, ruins all around ,can't move for ruins
Seems to be an improvement over CTP but time (and mods) will tell
