Is there a goto command?

Is there a goto command that will bring up a list of citys to send units to? Or do you have to direct each unit to its destination. Right now I am using the left click drag mouse deal but prefer the keyboard goto command select city from list then hit return ( ala SMAC), but there does not seem to be anything like this I can find.
