Ok, you know when you build one of those wonders that "gives one free x in every city," like the internet (gives one free Computer Center in every city). Why doesn't it take the Computer Center (or x for those of you who like abstractness and parallelism, but not necessarily in that order
) off the buildable items?
Is this a bug (if so, please excuse the misplaced post)?
Is it a feature, where then you can build another computer center and get twice the bonus (I tend to think not, because of unscientific tests that I have run)?
Is it something else?
