This little symbol next to city names on main map?
There is this little symbol that pops up on the main map next to city names (not the little castle one) that looks kinda like....well...two little red circles with little things underneath....
I can't make it out and I don't know what it is for. No, the cities aren't in riot either; is it possible it tells that a city is celebrating? It doesn't seem like they are for celebrating.
What are they?!
