Does the AI build sea settlers?

I can't find Sea Settlers listed anywhere in the strategies.txt, and I haven't played a game far enough to have the available tech to see for myself.

usually not. If you use a map with mostly ocean, keep peace until you get the advance to build sea settlers, then trade it to the AI, they have made sea cities. It is a rarity though. They do like taking sea cities though, so be careful.
