Your copy has been dispatched. It will be arriving from overseas tomorrow, whereupon it will sit in customs until they get round to charging you a seemingly random amount which is just enough to bring the shipping and handling fees to above the cost of the software itself. It will then be dispatched to your home address where the delivery man will knock in the 15 seconds you were unable to get to the door. You will receive a nice note asking you when it will be convenient to redeliver. You can of course go get it from the depot on Saturday, ensuring only a 24 hour delay over buying the UK version on friday!

Maybe we could start a countdown until Wesw's Med Mod II as well.
Only than will this become a proper game.
At least this is what I could sense on this forum, from the ones who already have the game.

How are you holding up? Experiencing any dizzyness, hot flashes, dry mouth or halucinations?

Evil Capatalist .. but can we be certain its really there ??? Knowing my luck, all the shops will be awash with it, and Amazon will not bother confirming it for another 2 weeks .... Paranoia ?? or experience ??

Looks like Central London could be the lucky winner. Plenty of copies in "Game" on Victoria High St too. Hopefully the rest of you will be in luck tomorrow. Probably some fallout from the continuing railway and flooding problems disrupting the distribution network.

Writing from School IT centre, so I can't say how it plays. However it's time to look at the manual
*Undoes cellophane*
*Opens box*
*Opens inner box*
Contents- 1 CD (monochrome with CtP logo)
Registration card and publicity foor star trek games
Tech tree tucked inside manual
92 page manual
Well now I've got it I'm off to read the manual.
BTW I got it in Game in central Nottingham- there's hope for you provincials yet.

I wouldn't have had much time to play anway, I've a big night of rocking good music to go to.

Its a great game.
Its just a shame we had to wait loooonger than the US. They didn't translate it to standard English

Did they change the voices to "English" accents or is that standard on all versions? The first few units I've built appear to try and imitate one. I haven't played the middle/later units yet.

Hehe...
Some of the English voices in it sound quite good...but they're mostly just utter tack...especially the voice for the troop ship and the one or the cannon...I mean, honestly!
Also, it seems the infantryman still has the original, American musketeer's voice.
