Nuclear Fallout
I'm playing a game right now and my game is saved one turn before the whole atmosphere gets screwed up. There is a nuclear fallout the next turn. I didnt attack anybody with nukes in my previous turn although ive done it many times before. Can anyone think of a way of preventing this, even through editing the text files?

If you want to cheat, you can open the Scenario Editor and click the Pollution button to turn it off.

I don't want to cheat, I just want to edit something through the text files that will disable that huge pollution disaster. Is there any way to do that?
