If you like to check this type of map out, I've completed one a few weeks ago and is available on my ddl site at
http://pcouw.homestead.com/ctp2.html and it's under atlantic... the map is the maximum size that works properly with CTP2 and has been tested.. but no specific scenario has been created yet.... so Contra if you'd like you can use it for a scenario or make another if you want to.. c'est ton chois...
As for the graphics part... a few of us creationists are currently working on implementing a few changes... but it's slow and since you can't start as any nation with cities and stuff (under current release) the thought of a completed scenario seems to be a little far off at the present... if you only wanted to be the americans then that is possible, but what if one day you hated the americans... that means creating a whole new scenario... not too friendly is it?
