Governments
Is there any way to influence government use in a normal game? There seems to be eras of government where everbody is in Monarchy then Fascism and then to whatever else. I would just like to see some more variety. Real worlds governments aren`t formed by 'which government has the most bonuses' or whatever. They are dictated by which kings can keep their citizens locked in despotism and which revolutions take place where you know?

Also, what is up with pollution and communism? You discover communism way before you discover anti-pollution advances and if you have any big cities it is an ecological disaster!
