HMMM....just wundering
Hello all. I was wundering in how you people play the game. I am playing the game for the first time. When I place my cities apart I space them about 5 hexs away. Now I am over lapping when the city grows huge.

What do you guys do? How far apart do you space your cities?

Five hexes away is about what I do, but I only build about 5 to 7 citys at the most. I just conquor all the others. I find the AI citys are built up with more population and infrustructure. Except for an occasional challenge most of them are ripe for the plucking.

Usually, but not always, I build my cities eight tiles apart.

The closest I build two cities together is usually six tiles apart.
