Maximum City Size?
I'm kinda confused about the maximum city size. I've had my capital grow to 32, but then just stop. Even if I replace all advanced farms with hydroponic farms causing a 1000 increase in food, there still is no grow. What exactly does city growth depend on?

Thats it i'm afraid, as far as i know, the maximum a city can reach is 32.

Arcologies will increase the citys maxium capacity to 60.

Cities will stop at 32, reporting zero growth, no matter how much food they produce until you do something about overcrowding. Arcologies and the other overcrowding solver buildings enable cities to reach their max size. 60 is the biggest I've had as well.
