modifications question

I'm a little new to this and have never actually made changes to a game before, but after reading all the hype, I downloaded Dale's Diplomod ...

1. Now how do I get CTP2 to use the modifications?

2. I'd also like to download his AI Frenzy. How would I get the system to use both mods at once?

This might be the easiest thing for some people, but I'm in the dark. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
