I can't finish the Wonder Victory
Hi everyone
My problem is that i'm not able to finish the game with the Gaia Controller Victory.
I've build Gaia Controller core's in every city
I've coverd my entire empire with Obelisks.
and have as many Gaia Power Sattelite's then i have Obelisks my cover ratio of the planet's surface is
57% but the Gaia start up sequence wont start.
Can anyone tell me what the problem is please ?.
I'm using the unpatchd version (unable to patch the game due to the different langue version of my windows.
Thanks
Lisette Willemen

Hi Lisette
I had the same problem the first time I attempted the Gaia victory. You are about 3% short of initiating the start sequence - you need about 60% of the map covered by obelisks.
For more on this go to:

Hope this helps.

There is no.."GO"..button..but rather an area called "initiate start sequence"...but that is not highlighted..and you cannot launch?
~sigh~...and the book for strategy from Brady Games..doesnt offer much assistance!
I went to the link offered in post above..but it doesnt address anything I haven't tried!
Please if anyone can help..please step forward!
Thanks

Troll - sorry I was a little off hand - it was late/early
You did say - No Solaris Project - it seems redundant, but available at the same time as the cores/staellites.
Hmm.. is there a 'bloodlust' option? (brief check) There is - is it on?
Best I can do - sorry.

I believe i did check that..or rather click that button..so now..i am now unable ot complete game?
That makes real sense..because the only way to win in Bloodlust is to beat all opponents...
I just was way ahead in races..so I thought what the heck..i'll try science victory..but it wouldn't wotk..perhaps that is reason!!
Thanks for all help my friend!!

Yeah my friend..I agree..but coulnt build Solaris Wonder..for some reason it didnt show up????
I am re-starting a new game..from scratch...to see if it was just a glitch????
You see..I like starting at a later age in game..but still start at 4000 BC..so what i do is play an MP game..but play single player by playing IPX...online..I can start at Genetic age..and do any excluding I want..such as pesky slaver..televangelists..corporate branches..(Hey..I earned that money..dont wanna give it up!!)..ect...and still play the full 600 + turns..(I believe I remember playing 725+..on a recent game??)
At any rate..I shall retry again..and will see if it was just a glitch?
Thanks

Why don't you open your big game (with 63% world coverage) and activate Cheat to see if bloodlust is active?? I not sure, maybe cheat have bloodlust option to (dis)enable. Then you can confirm if it was the problem.
