Message tab confused. please help...
There are messages appearing in message tab, that I do not understand.
The first one wtites only "noyon" and has an icon with binoculars.

The second one writes says: "Click on the name of the Civilization, then click on the 'Send Emissary' button."

"The third one said: "More than one of your cities is idle. To order them to build an item, you can open the Build Manager quickly by selecting a city and clicking Build Queue."

All messages appeared after I updated ctp2 with the patch, while I was mid-game. I simply loaded my saved game and started where from I stopped without any apparent problem.

I tried to locate the above messages in the file system of my hard disk.
The first one is completely unidentified. My little research showed that this name appears only as a name of a Mongol city, but the game I play has no Monguls involved (at least I think so).

The second one seems to be included in file "tut_str" with the indication TUT578_3_GOAL_3. I guess that this replaced the message i expected that a new unit has just been completed in one of my cities.

The third one seems irrational, since all of my cities are either producing a unit (or improvement) or are under Mayor control. There was really no city with empty build queue. It appears in the file "tut2_str" with the indication T_CITIES_NOT_BUILDING.

Any help, please...

it sounds to me you have tutorial advise on. its under gameplay a check on something that turns it off. i believe tut.str is a tutorial file.

Or it might just be the patch, i continued a game once from an unpatched version(on another comp) and got all kinds of errors. such as cant locate city #,# and such.

Many thanks guys for your kind support.

The /reloadslic command worked fine. The official Activision opinion was to uninstall and re-install both game and patch and I should not reload my game. I could not do that because after 550 turns of excitement, I didn't want to resign.

I have experienced more than this, such as delay of 15 minutes for the AI to move, and then all suddenly the game returned to normal. Was it the chat command? May be...

Many thanks,

I wish you the best,

Michalis
