Two Questions

My first question concerns the creation process of my own maps. How do I choose which civilizations to place at starting locations? I do not understand why Persians are placed when I clicked to place Americans. Please help.

My second question is this - how do I add a wonder? If I go to the wonder.txt file to add one, then I would want to add the info and graphic to the Great Library. What other files would I have to copy the addition to? Thanks for any help with this.

I would appreciate it if anyone figures out how to place civilizations on the maps they create and edit. I seem to be unable to use the features to place the civilizations I want.
