Slow Science
Is there an easy way to slow science down throughout the entire game without altering the cost to discover every single wonder.(ie a global setting for human and AI players?)

I want science to be slightly slower for me and the AI in order for my brain to comprehend new advances with greater appreciation.

(Sometimes when I discover toolmaking just after I have uncovered the secret of Gin and Tonic, I just go to pieces. But at the same time I want the AI to be just as freaked out as well.?!?)

What level are you playing on? And how many cities are you building? I play the tough levels, and I'm trying to stay around 10 cities so that i have room to conquer some AI cities and that definitely slows down the science growth.

Hmmm, I'd have thought the secret of Gin and Tonic would have done the trick. That usually slows down production and research, but greatly increases happiness in all quarters
