Anyone Know??

To my frustration, I tried searching this forum for previous posts on adding extra civlizations - such as allowing a maximum of ten cilizations instead of eight.

I could not find these previous posts with the Search feature. So here is my question that I know has already been discussed but I could not find - how do I increase the maximum number of civilizations? What are all the files I need to modify?
