Honoring diplomatic agreements.
Has anyone found a way to make the AI honor it's agreements, or at least reduce the chance it'll dishonor them? Right now it seems like the AI just ignores any minor (no trespass, etc) agreement you make with them, regardless of how well they like you, etc.

urg you could try changing the penalty for breaking such agreements in
ctp2_data/default/aidata diplomacy.txt
i haven't tried it myself yet.
