Terraforming Ice-Tundra?
Is it possible to ever terraform Ice..or frozen tundra...?
If so..please advise me because I am not aware and as far as i am concerned if I want ice..Ill go to freezer!
I know you can alter before game to prevent ice..but like sometimes you get caught near it on map..and well..I dont care for it!
Thanks

The discovery of Fusion makes terraforming glaciers (and mountains) possible. the tech for terraforming tundra is sometime before Fusion

The advances for adding and removing tundra and glacier are both advanced composites. This is from terrain.txt
