Australia only. I've thought about creating an Australian aboriginal tribe scen at the time of the first English settlement.

Wouldn't want to be a bastard but, can you do maps with city locations saved in? In *.scn format?
If so
I would like a 100x200 (or whatever ratio) map of the sherwood forest area (you know wherever Robin Hood would go ), if thats not too much to ask, with the a lot of cities on it. that would be cool

Okay... 1 thing to remember is that the map I have now is at 2km resolution... that being said, how big is Sherwood Forest?

Oh... now you want the cities too... isn't the Britian map enough Next weekend I'll redo the Britian Map with the urban areas outlined in dead tiles and leave it up to you to add the proper cities... since I think you might know much quicker than I... I at least know that the large city in the SE is London

You've been awesome so far, OMNI. . A Map Of the Byzantine Word C. 1050 Would be nice, Covering Greece, Italy, and Anatolia as far as Armenia.
Thanx.

How about an American Civil War map? Take the western borders of Minnesota, Iowa, and Missouri and continue running it south. (Those three are more or less in a stright line.) Include some of Canada and Mexico as well as Cuba. Run it far enough to the east to include Bermuda.
I wouldn't make this a top priority though. Right now I'm working on a "What if the south had won the Civil War" scen with the "rematch" occuring around 1900 (I think). I may not get to that map for awhile.
I downloaded your N. America map last night and it rocks! Do you anticipate drawing in the rivers anytime soon or should I go ahead and screw it up by doing that myself?

Omni,
Have you ever done any maps of only states? I would defenitley be interested in a map of maryland. I wouldn't want any cities in it though. That is half the fun, founding the cities where I want them to be! If you don't have the time for this that is ok. Thanks a lot!

Has anybody here heard of the wheel of time series? I think it would be cool to do a map of the world in that series. I don't know if this would interest anybody else, so if you don't have time I understand Omni. Thanks a lot for all your hard work!

After a nice short break... I think I have some time to make a few maps now... there's few on the table as is and hopefully I can get to them by later today and early next week. As for rivers to the maps that I've already released, please feel free to add them and resubmit them to me and I'll post them... I just didn't have time or the energy to add the rivers. But I guess it's time to get back to work
