how to siege the city
I wonder if there is a way to weaken the city defense by sieging the city. Like in CIV games where we can put and spread units surrounding the city by covering profitable and resourceful tiles and force the city to producing less foods, resources and finally getting weaker and weaker.

thanks

I dont think so. My way of weaken ing a city is to move in with artillery and bombard it before it can bombard me back.

I dont know if you'll be able to destroy actual buildings or wonders in civ3 but we're working on that for humankind.
