How do I get into PBEM SMAC

I'm interested in playing SMAC by email, I see all the polls, but how do I start. Anyone got any pointers?[COLOR=darkblue]

Welcome to SMAC PBEM!
Now, here's a little thread, entitled Talent on Commlink, and I'm just waiting for another player or two in there. Go to this thread, and post there, saying you want to be in.
Also, if you are interested in being a rated SMAC PBEM player, you need to state to me (preferrably by email: solver@apolyton.net ) your highest AI level ever beaten, and you'll be in the PBEM chart (look at the top-ed thread here, SMAC PBEM Ratings).
