3. Rohirrim - nuff said

4. Numenoreans - ditto

Also

Klingons - how could we do without?

Cardassians - kewl

Ferengi - trade bonus

Bejarans - one of my favs

and of course, the Borg

would also like to see Narnia, atlantis, and several others

You object? Civ's "never been very historically accurate" anyway, why let that get in the way of fun?

Snapcase has a point there. Least CIV players are interested in Tolkien-ish fantasy literature.... therefore no elves... hey, maybe I'm going to have a hack into the game, just like I did to my CIV2
