i got a question about som icons i saw

ok i looked at the Icons picture in the MGE folder, and i saw 2 icons iv never seen in the game before. next to the red rectangle with the fist in it, i saw a red rectange with a bomb in it, and one with a scythe in it. what are these icons for???

the clenched fist is the civil disorder icon(you must have seen that one, you can't be that good!), the bomb is when a spy plants a bomb in an enemy city and the scythe is the plague icon.

iv seen spies put bombs in cities without seing that bomb symbol. and how do u get plague???
