scenarios (again)

In my version of Civ2, thre is a map-maker, but you can only make maps (terrain, starting points for civilizations), not scenarios (with many cities, roads, maby modified tech-trees etc). Wath should i do?

Start a game the usual way, enable cheat mode and... pouf! the wonderful world of scenario creation opens in front of you. All the commands you need to create a scenario can be found in the cheat mode menu. Get yourself familiar with this menu. After you have mastered it the rest is easy.
