I am having a problem with a scenario I am working on. When a city is captured, the computer takes all the money from the civ that lost the city and gives it to the civ which captured the city. This problem does appear to be restricted to any particular tribe.
Does anyone have a solution to this (other than writing a changemoney event for every city)?
Any advice would be much appreciated.
If a civ takes another civ`s city on the first turn, it empties their entire treasury. This is probably what is causing your problem.
