For those of you who can´t afford the expensive paint programs around (as most here, I assume), and don´t want to do anything illegal, have a look at this: http://www.ab.wakwak.com/~knight/
It´s a free graphics program! I just discovered this, by the way, haven´t finished downloading yet, but just thought you should know.
With the not too extravagant download size, this might be very interesting to the artists around here who still use Microsoft Paint (are there any?), and don´t have a broadband Internet connection.
