its a shame that both games were runaways.... so much for the continued game this weekend...... mind you we can always try again next week.
Ming the Horde will be unable to play tuesday (the significant others birthday and all) but i will be around friday this week and possibly saturday as well if we can get a fourth to play both days

Yeah, I'm willing to give it another try.
The friday game was a bigger runaway (for you) than the Saturday night game. (on Saturday, once you guys started wltkd's it would have gotten a lot closer.) But it does show that there is still considerable luck in the game. (don't get me wrong, i like that aspect) Which makes all the brag threads so humorous. Even a good player can start with no trade specials, few huts, bad barb luck, etc. It doesn't mean that the other player is better, it just means he had a better game that night. That's why it's important that you play at least a handful of games with someone before you can acurately guage their skill level. (unless they suck so bad that you can tell imediately  )
But back on track, I'll be avail friday and sat.

Ah good.... this works out well then....... Rich too bad you can't play from your house on fridays , this way we could get Ming into one of our games again.
seeing as were always looking for a rogue fourth  would be nice to know the commodity before it entered the game, either that or we find someone will some skills to play continuously.
I really think mp games should play about four sessions or so. We never practice our mid to end game any more...... which kinda sucks ...... be nice to play a game........ longer

Hell, I'd settle for two sessions at this point. Three, I think will be the limit, since most games will be decided well before the end of the third session.
Advice if you want to continue. Just suck, then everyone wants to continue those games.
Maybe we should work on a continuation game for fridays and then a different one for saturdays, since the regulars change each night. Bird can usually make it on saturdays, but not on fridays.
I'm willing to try anything, (except the crappy start )

Rich i see your point. maybe asking for two nights consecutively spelling? is unrealistic. But getting a game where no one jumps off the board too quickly has been difficult as of late. Seems as if someone always jumps out early
I am willling to try anything as well..

As rah said, I can rarely play Fridays, so a Friday-Saturday continuation is difficult for me. I would definitely like to try a Saturday continuation, though, and as an added bonus, I will probably even be able to play both Friday and Saturday next week. I'll be around this Saturday regardless.
