I can help u out with the music problem-during when the game is playing,press the escape key and a menu will appear with 'Music' as an option(Note that you can't change this on the normal menus at the top of the playing area)In the Music menu,change the music to 'random' and turn off 'repeat track' and your music troubles are over....a different track is now played randomly during the game.
The 'same civs' problem is a regular prob asked about in these forums.....it's something to do with a SLIC line needing being changed in the CTP2 folders and also the difficulty level of the game you are playing...if its below Medium level,non-random civs appear in each game.I'm sure some of the other peeps on this forum know which line needs changing,as I've forgotten which exact one it is,and I'm sure they'll post in this thread to help you out!!!!!!!!!
