Does anyone have any true details on what happened to it?

I don't know Chris Wilkinson's E-mail or Reismark's... and I think Chris was on vacation when it went down and that Reismark may have been out of town?

Does anyone have any true details on where and if the Civilization Gaming Network was relocated to?

DC, CGN is homeless because the hosts we were using have closed down.

Currently reismark and Chris are still looking for hosting options. I think Mtg may be helping them out with something.
