We need a replacement for Russia in Dip 48 Newbie.
It´s a classic map with five powers left. Russia was in third and fell back to fourth place due to an NMR. Yet for a good diplomat it has still a lot of potential.

Secondly, before anyone thinks the situation is lost -
I, as France, had a long term peace signed with Russia, and I am not the one who broek it. My hands are yet open for peace, and unless I see that the new Russia player's hands are not, I do not intend to loot his SCs.
And please... somebody replace Russia.. it's not like you have anything to lose here..

The game was gonig slow anyway.. so let's get it going.

HSfB, thanks for the offer. I am afraid it is a little late. But you probably would not have liked the job anyway, this game is almost at an end. ANd old expert like RUffhaus may just turn it around. But most likely it will end soon in a solo.
