The concept of art?!
You all saw it on the Infogrames Civ3 section. It quite clearly states along with nationality and culture and trade, the concept of art. Now I am wondering what on Earth this is going to involve...any ideas?

um
they might have held back a couple of surprises for the civers. not that it matters....
i really do not know how art would differentiate as a game concept from culture....
i do know the difference in the real life, but dunno what might a concept like that add to the game....

anyone who cheers for 2002 Q2 release is a sadist. i reckon this does not have to be another B&W...

I don't really know much about civ 3 so correct me wherever I am wrong (just started folllowing the game recently )... ANyway, culture probably has to do with the culture borders only... while art might be something that improves "happiness" somehow...
